The FCC uses a Multiple Criteria Selection (MCS) process for admission to registered nursing programs. The MCS program is a point-based program. Scores on the criteria determine the student’s eligibility to participate in the lottery selection process.

Students have to re-apply every year. The number of times a student participates in the lottery will not be counted.

This program is student-driven, which means that applicants are responsible for providing all hard copies and additional documents required and for keeping the Department of Registered Nursing informed of any changes in the applicant’s name, address and/or telephone number. To be eligible for the Registered Nursing program, an online program application must be completed and all transcripts and additional documents must be submitted to the Registered Nursing Department.
